I joined MD Anderson Cancer Center in 2019 as Professor in the Department of Head and Neck Surgery. As a faculty member at a comprehensive cancer center, I believe that multidisciplinary head and neck and endocrine cancer care will yield the best outcomes for patients. My clinical and research endeavors have included quality-related and functional outcomes, and quality of life in head and neck cancer, and health care delivery issues. In the AHNS, I lead the Publications and Awards Service and became the Chair of the Mucosal Section of the AHNS in 2024.
