1. EA3132 - Phase II Randomized Trial of Radiotherapy with or Without Cisplatin for Surgically Resected Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck (SCCHN) with TP53 Sequencing
Objective: To evaluate the disease-free survival (DFS) of patients with stage III-IV squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN) and disruptive p53 mutations after primary surgical resection followed by postoperative radiotherapy (PORT) alone or PORT with concurrent cisplatin
2. EA3163 - Phase II Randomized Trial of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Followed by Surgery and Post-Operative Radiation versus Surgery and Post-Operative Radiation for Organ Preservation of T3 and T4a (and Selected T4b) Nasal and Paranasal Sinus Squamous Cell Carcinoma (NPNSCC)
Objective: Evaluate the structure preservation rate for patients with locally advanced resectable NPNSCC with or without neoadjuvant therapy; all patients will undergo surgical resection and postoperative standard care.
Evaluate overall survival (OS) for patients with locally advanced resectable NPNSCC with or without neoadjuvant therapy followed by surgical resection and postoperative standard care.
3. EA3161 - A Phase III Randomized Study of Maintenance Nivolumab Versus Observation in Patients with Locally Advanced, Intermediate Risk HPV Positive OPSCC
Objective: To assess the efficacy of concurrent definitive therapy followed by nivolumab compared with concurrent definite therapy followed by observation in terms of overall survival (OS)
4. EA3191 - A Phase II Randomized Trial of Adjuvant Therapy with Pembrolizumab After Resection of Recurrent/Second Primary Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma with High-Risk Features
