Fellowship trained Head & Neck Surgeon
FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA (USA). Sanford Health has an opening for a BE/BC Fellowship trained Head and Neck (Otolaryngology trained) Surgeon to join a busy, established head and neck oncology practice in Fargo, ND.
Practice Details:
- Current practice includes head and neck cancer, microvascular reconstruction, skull base, and endocrine
- Current physician group consists of head and neck surgery, otology, facial plastics, and general
- 8 APPs
- Block Time in OR
- Call will be specific for head and neck problems, possibility of facial trauma with stipend
- RN oncology navigators for help with coordination of care
- Subspecialists’ service population: over 1 million
- Opportunity to teach medical students and general surgery residents
- Opportunity for research and clinical trials
- Part time offers are also welcome and will be considered on an individual basis
Competitive compensation package (see below), 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, Paid CME, Paid Time Away, Malpractice, Disability, Relocation Allowance.
Competitive compensation package includes:
- Compensation floor of $600,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
