I am a researcher and surgeon in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs health care system taking care of patients with thyroid and parathyroid disease, and head and neck cancer. In my research, I work to improve our understanding of the epidemiology of these diseases and develop ways to optimize care for patients by understanding their experiences and maximizing quality of care.
